Skills: CRISPR-Cas9 and shRNA transfection using lentiviral particles, organoids, and spheroids from patient-derived xenograft (PDX) and cell lines, basic cell culture, molecular techniques, mice handling, establishment and maintenance of PDX models.
“My research focuses on basic and translational research in prostate cancer (PCa), with a particular emphasis on the post-translational modifications and transcriptional factors that drive non-canonical AR cistrome and Glucocorticoid receptor in treatment-resistant prostate cancer, my long-term goal is to develop combinational drugs that target treatment-resistant prostate cancer using patient-derived xenografts/organoids.”
