Skills: 3D culture (organoids and spheroids), Nucleic acid isolation, ChIP assays, co-Ips, protein extractions, drug/novel compounds assessments in cancer cells from patient-derived xenograft (PDX) and cell lines, molecular techniques | Bioinformatic analysis of high-throughput data (scRNA-seq/ATAC-seq, bulk RNA-seq, ChIP-seq and RIME datasets) | Scientific writing, data presentation and speaking.

”My research focuses on uncovering the roles of novel transcription factors that may be involved in reprogramming the androgen receptor (AR) cistrome. AR cistrome reprogramming is one of the mechanisms associated with resistance to treatment in patients with aggressive/advanced prostate cancers.”
